Refund policy
Because our products are made to order, personalized, or printed specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect address, or customer ordering errors.
However, we will provide a replacement or refund if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The product received is incorrect.
- The print is significantly different from the approved design.
- The package is confirmed lost in transit.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] and provide:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photos or videos showing the product and packaging.
Do not return any item without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Cancellations and Changes
Orders may only be cancelled or changed within 2 hours after purchase. Once production has started, we cannot guarantee cancellation, address changes, size changes, or design modifications.
Sizing Issues
Customers are responsible for checking the size chart before placing an order. We do not offer refunds or replacements when the wrong size was ordered, unless the item received does not match the selected size.
Shipping Delays
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information are outside our control and are not automatically eligible for a refund.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
