Shipping Policy

All products are made to order. Please allow time for both production and shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and produced within 3–7 business days. Personalized or high-volume orders may require additional time.

Estimated Delivery Time

After production, estimated shipping times are:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–18 business days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 8–18 business days
  • Other countries: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent by email once the order has shipped. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be changed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after production or shipment has started.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Please contact us if tracking has not updated for an extended period or the package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe. We will review the shipment with the carrier and provide a suitable solution where appropriate.

Customs and Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Multiple Packages

Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate packages.
